arcade corner record player modern room
The tv let me cast whatever i wanted to it. That was awesome! there were also lots of places to chill downstairs, including a little arcade corner plus a record player. the staff were nice, too, and the modern room and bathroom were great!
the check-in process was a bit slow, so there was a bit of a queue.

Excellent stay!
central location breakfast option comfortable room
I found the location perfect for visiting local attractions. The superb breakfast included many options. My room was very comfortable. I also noticed how quiet the room was despite the central location.
The window handle was broken, so my room got ridiculously hot. It kept me up at night. I even tried turning the heating off, but the room remained hot due to the surrounding rooms.

The reception had signage for all ships leaving port the next day. The signage listed the terminal. Staff would arrange a taxi to the port terminal if you asked. I found this helpful.

The hotel has a shopping mall next door. The mall contains the usual shops and eateries. The breakfast buffet costs 12 pounds per person. I considered this price reasonable.

The room was clean and nice. Blackout blinds are amazing in the rooms. My queen bed felt comfortable. Big pillows were on the bed.

Everything was within walking distance. The hotel is close to the cruise terminal. The building sits opposite a big shopping centre. I found the location very convenient.

amazing stay!
fantastic location quirky decor friendly team
the location was fantastic, really close to everything i needed (the westquay shopping center is just around the corner!). the room was super clean and i loved the quirky decor throughout the hotel. the team at reception was always smiling and ready to help with anything.
i did find the temperature in the room a bit too warm, and i couldn't seem to adjust it myself, a little bothersome at night.

the staff was super helpful and always had a smile, it. check-in was quick, and they gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. i really appreciated their attentiveness!

the breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything tasted fresh (i especially loved the pastries!). the bar area was lively at night, and the bartenders made awesome cocktails. it was fun.

my room had a comfy queen bed and a sleek bathroom with a powerful shower. the tv had plenty of channels to choose from, and the room was surprisingly quiet. i found the space perfect.
